At Teamness, we are on a mission to provide restful, no-cost getaways for pastors and their spouses who dedicate their lives to serving their communities. Through our Pastor Getaway program, we offer a break from the weight of ministry so these couples can find renewal, joy, and peace in a spotless, private, comfortable and peaceful environment under the care of encouraging and discerning hosts. As an Affiliate Host, you’ll be part of a community focused on honoring and uplifting pastors and their spouses. Here’s what to expect from the process and how Teamness supports you:
Your Role: Open up your space as a private, cozy getaway for one pastor couple at a time. Be there as a supportive presence, offering hospitality that balances relaxation with optional connection and conversation - often woven into life-giving activities for guests and hosts alike.
Teamness Support: We handle all of the logistics—from marketing your getaway and managing guest applications to arranging bookings and guest communications. We also provide fundraising tools, materials, and a donation structure, so you can raise funds for guest expenses and personal hosting costs with ease.
The Essentials of Hosting
Teamness provides guidance to make sure both you and your guests have an exceptional experience. Here’s how we help:
Marketing and Promotion: We feature your location on our website and share it across our social channels, connecting you with guests.
Booking Management: We take care of the application and booking process, coordinating all guest communication so you can focus on what you do best—hosting.
Administrative Support: From accounting to software, we offer essential tools to manage your getaway efficiently.
Coaching and Training: Teamness coaches you on creating an atmosphere of deep care, hospitality, and rest for guests.
Your Setup and Costs
Launching as an Affiliate Host with Teamness involves a few setup steps, including an interview process, a location visit, custom website listing, forms setup, and personalized coaching. These initial investments ensure that your space is optimally prepared for hosting and that you have all the tools you need to provide an excellent guest experience. After start-up, there is a modest monthly fee to cover ongoing costs for donor software, website platform, and other administrative systems.
Fundraising and Financial Support
Through Teamness, you can raise funds that cover both the cost of using your space and guest expenses, including:
Your Space: Payment for your rental, guest house, RV, or vacation home.
Guest Experience Costs: Dining experiences, activities, and special touches for your guests.
Direct Support for Guests: We cover extra expenses like restaurant gift cards and occasionally travel support to further enhance the experience.
