Teamness is a 501(c)3 nonprofit dedicated to supporting pastors, their spouses, and teams—many on the verge of leaving full-time ministry (Barna Group).

Launched in 2022, we set out to lead ministry retreats but quickly saw the deep need for pastor-couples to rest and renew—without financial strain or board approval. With God’s guidance, our Pastor Getaway program was born. Of those who’ve attended, 100% said they would recommend a pastor getaway to a friend.
