Meet hosts Stephen & Cynthia Lee

Every Teamness pastor getaway is hosted by a caring and discerning couple who understand the challenges of church ministry, hold space to listen and care, and are sensitive to the need for couples to have ample time alone.

Stephen and Cynthia Lee, met in high school while working at Kmart, married soon after, and both always dreamed of owning land. With God’s leading, that dream blossomed into Blue Tractor Farm - complete with livestock, acres of pastureland, Great Pyrenees dogs (Bailey, Savannah, Mala and Jack) and the continuation of family traditions like canning and hard work. With two teenage children, the Lees serve deeply in their church; Stephen on the finance team, church board and production team; Cynthia preparing Wednesday meals for the congregation, serving as Adult Ministry Director and as the Church Board Secretary. Serving as Teamness hosts brings together their extensive church leadership experience, a sincere appreciation for the demands of pastoring, and their gifts of hospitality all for the care of pastors and their spouses.
