Guests stay in a quant 1930s cottage in a peaceful setting located within walking distance of the Ava Square. This lovingly appointed cottage is the perfect spot for rest and renewal. With a park-like backyard you won’t remember you are close to downtown shopping, the local restaurants, and coffee shops until you want the convenience.
Close to Branson shopping and shows, area lakes and rivers, a trout farm enjoyed by people from all over the world and great hiking trails, you’ll find the Ozarks an ideal space to rest and play.
Meet hosts Tim & Lyndsey Reese
Every Teamness pastor getaway is hosted by a caring and discerning couple who understand the challenges of church ministry, hold space to listen and care, and are sensitive to the need for couples to have ample time alone.
Tim and Lyndsey Reese are high school sweethearts who now get to raise two lovely girls to know and love Jesus. Over a 15 year period, they have served in a variety of ministry roles from assistant youth leaders, youth pastor, pastoral intern, associate pastor and lead pastor. They have experience serving in both large urban churches and small rural churches. Through these experiences, Jesus was shaping their calling of shepherding.
They specialize in coming alongside pastors and their spouses with the support and care needed to lead healthy congregations. They are a shepherd to the shepherds. Tim leads revitalization retreats and cohorts to help pastors head into a thriving direction.

Apply to be guests of Teamness, free of charge, and enjoy the 1930’s cottage in Ava, Missouri; just 45 minutes to Branson, and 60 minutes to Springfield with live-giving activities, area restaurants and time to process life and ministry with hosts Tim and Lyndsey Reese.
Bookings are Monday to Friday. Applications are available for a husband and wife actively serving in a paid staff leadership role within a church.

While each pastor couple is unique, we often suggest the following schedule for the week:
-Monday - arrival 3pm or after - self check in. Dinner with hosts.-Tuesday - free morning. Afternoon activity with hosts.
-Wednesday - free day
-Thursday - free day, possible fire pit conversation with hosts.
-Friday - departure by 10am. -
Lodging - your own space indoors and out
One meal with hosts at a nearby small-town restaurant
