Liability Release

As a guest of Teamenss, you assume all responsibility, risks, and liability related to your activities on or off-site, including but not limited to bodily injury, to yourself or others, and economic and non-economic damages to yourself and property. Furthermore, you release Teamness, Evan and Debra McBroom, affiliate hosts, hosts and all other members, owners, board members, employees, volunteers, and other agents of Teamness from any liability and claims, known or unknown, related to your use of Teamness amenities and activities whether on or off-site.

Photo Release

Photos help share the Teamness story on our website and in promo emails. Every guest of Teamness, by attending a pastor getaway or participating in our other programs, acknowledges and agrees that photos and videos may be taken as well as communication (written or verbal) and used in promotional materials, .  If you have any concerns, please talk with us.

Tennessee Agritourism Warning (Tennessee farm/hobby farm sites only)

Under Tennessee law, there is no liability for an injury to or death of a participant in an agritourism activity conducted at this agritourism location or by this agritourism professional if such injury or death results from the inherent risks of the agritourism activity. Inherent risks of agritourism activities include, among others, risks of injury inherent to land, equipment, and animals, as well as the potential for you to act in a negligent manner that may contribute to your injury or death.
